Mesut Pervizpour is currently a research scientist at Lehigh University. Sempai Mesut started his aikido practice while he was a graduate student (1995) at Lehigh University under Sensei Michael Wirth. He holds a degree of San-dan in Kinokawa Aikido, and has started the Aikido Club at Drexel since December 1999. Mesut has also trained in Full-contact Karate and Muai Thai when in College (Istanbul-Turkey). Sempai Mesut believes in the realistic application of his aikido practice that can only originate from steadfast relaxed mind and a truely open heart, achieved through hard practice. He carries out his daily life as a part of the path in aikido which enables the ongoing changes and balance within and without. |

James is the assistant instructor and conducts regular classes at Drexel Club, his aikido training started at Costa Rica and continues with Kinokawa Aikido at Drexel and Allentown Dojos. |
